While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name ("Personal Information").
We do NOT store any images or videos from our panelist's cameras. Whole process of capturing data from face and eyes position happens within user's browser and front-end technologies. No video is being recorded while performing test and no images are being stored on server side. Camera is switched off immediately after each test. The data from test will not be used for other goals than research.
Screen Sharing Recordings
For a "Live Website" type of study, our goal is to show participants' gaze and mouse behavior browsing a given website.
It's not intended to save any participant's personal data, so we kindly ask participants before launching the study NOT to provide any personal data while running the test and start the test from an "incognito" browser. This way, on our screen recordings session, the only visible elements are the participant's screen with web-browser opened (in "incognito" mode), gaze estimation, and mouse position.
It may happen that the participant shows a piece of personal data during the test. In this case, he/she can stop the session by pressing the "Stop Sharing" button, and the video won't be saved.
Video files are stored on our encrypted S3 buckets (AWS, Amazon Web Services), which can only be accessed by study owners.
