How (Real) Eye tracking works?

Eye-tracking is a state of the art process which tracks users' eye movements. A simple webcam watches the panelist while they perform a test on your images. First, the process begins with calibration. This is where the system is learning how a panelist's eyes move when they are looking at certain parts of the screen.
After this is successful, we can measure the position of the eyes while showing them your image.

Studies prove that RealEye is around 100px (~1.5 cm) accurate with an average error on visual angle of ~4.17 deg. This accuracy allows you to analyze users' interactions with your designs. With the most precise of analysis.

Who will test my designs?

You can invite your panelists (all they need to have is a laptop/PC with webcam) or use our network of panelists. We record their gaze path using our RealEye eye tracking software. The results will be genuine as it will be the first viewing of your image. Don't worry, all our panelists are in their natural environments and they're not being recorded. This way there's no risk of a laboratory setting corrupting the results.

Udowodniono, że badania RealEye mają dokładność około 110 pikseli. Pozwala to na analizę zachowania użytkowników na stronie z dokładnością sięgającą wielkości pojedynczego przycisku.
Częstotliwość próbkowania może osiągnąć nawet 60 Hz.

W Twoim badaniu mogą wziąć udział ludzie zaproszeni przez Ciebie, lub paneliści dostarczeni przez RealEye. Możesz zaprosić swoich użytkowników lub panel testerów i udostępnić im badanie wysyłając link uczestnictwa. Wszystko, czego potrzebują, to laptop/PC z kamerą internetową.

Posiadamy także sieć panelistów z całego świata - głównie z Wielkiej Brytanii i USA. Do zadania można przypisać losowo wybranych użytkowników. Nazywamy ich panelistami RealEye. Nie pokażemy im Twoich bodźców przed rozpoczęciem testu, więc ich reakcja będzie naturalna.

Płatności są możliwe tylko w rozliczeniu miesięcznym (lub rocznym), nie ma zatem możliwości płacenia za badanie z osobna. Można jednak anulować licencję w dowolnym momencie (nawet w miesiącu zakupu) – dostęp do konta zostanie zachowany do końca okresu rozliczeniowego (Czyli 30 dni od ostatniej płatności)”.
Możesz łatwo zintegrować narzędzie RealEye z narzędziami zewnętrznymi (np. ankietami), a także porównać wyniki uzyskane z innych narzędzi za pomocą danych zawartych w plikach CSV (np. na podstawie sygnatury czasowej).
